Quality Control
At Zhejiang Sipu Sawing Industry Co., Ltd., quality control is applied throughout the entire production process-from raw material selection to final shipment-to ensure stable performance, cutting efficiency, and reliability of bandsaw blades used in industrial applications.
1. Raw Material Control
We carefully select qualified steel strip and alloy materials from stable suppliers. All incoming materials are inspected before production, including:
Chemical composition verification
Hardness and tensile property checks
Surface condition inspection (scratches, rust, defects)
Material traceability records for each batch
Only materials that meet internal standards are approved for production use.
2. Product Design & Engineering Evaluation
Before production, each product specification is evaluated by our technical team based on:
Cutting material type (wood, metal, alloy, etc.)
Machine type and operating conditions
Required blade life and cutting efficiency
Tooth geometry and structure compatibility
3. Sample Development & Confirmation
For customized orders, samples are produced according to confirmed specifications, including:
Blade width, thickness, and length
Tooth pitch (TPI) and tooth shape
Material grade selection (e.g., M42, M51, etc.)
Endless welding or loop configuration
Samples are tested internally before being sent to customers for approval.
4. In-Process Quality Control
Quality inspection is carried out during each key production stage:
Steel strip preparation and cutting
Welding and forming process
Heat treatment process control
Tooth grinding and shaping
Tension adjustment and straightness correction
Key parameters such as hardness stability, tooth consistency, and dimensional tolerance are monitored during production.
5. Mechanical & Performance Testing
Finished products and sample blades undergo performance testing, including:
Tensile strength testing
Hardness testing after heat treatment
Cutting performance evaluation (material-based testing)
Tooth wear and durability observation
Dimensional accuracy inspection
Testing is conducted according to product type and customer requirements.
6. Final Inspection Before Shipment
Before packaging and shipment, each batch is checked for:
Appearance defects (cracks, uneven teeth, surface issues)
Welding quality and joint stability
Size and specification consistency
Packaging condition
Random sampling or full inspection can be applied based on order requirements.
7. Packaging & Export Protection
Products are packaged using protective industrial packaging methods to ensure safe transportation:
Anti-rust oil protection
Plastic film wrapping
Reinforced carton packaging
Wooden packaging (if required for heavy or large orders)

8. Logistics & Delivery Control
We arrange shipment through:
